| All existing members can renew their membership to become an eligible voter/candidate in the upcoming elections 2024-25. You can check your membership record in attached members list 2023.If your name is not present in the members list then please click the “Membership 2024 tab” on the website, download and fill the “Membership Application Form” and send with required documents. | Documents required for Membership Renewal:-(Click here to Download) • Copy of National ID card CNIC of the owner/representative. • Ownership proof i.e Partnership Deed etc. • Copy of Tax Returns 2022-23. • Copy of Last month’s gas bill. • Copy of NTN Certificate. • Copy of GST certificate if applicable. • Copy of OGRA Licence. • 2 passport size color pictures. • D/Pay Order amount 12,000/-Rupees in favor of APCNGA Kindly send all above documents ensuring that all required documents should be received in Central Office, Islamabad till March 20, 2024 with registered post or courier at the address mentioned below: |
